Our team provided survey and civil design services for site improvements and shoreline stabilization at a private residence along Lake Cornelia in Edina. The project required detailed coordination with the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District to address grading, cut/fill analysis, and shoreline compliance within the floodplain.
Scope included topographic surveying, grading design, cut/fill evaluation, erosion and sediment control planning, and preparation of permit response materials. Working closely with the landscape architect and project team, we ensured the proposed improvements met watershed rules while protecting water quality, habitat, and floodplain function.
This collaboration delivered the technical documentation and analysis needed to support successful permitting and long-term shoreline resilience.
