    Kelly Ness is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Minnesota and Montana with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Mapping Technology from St. Cloud State University and is certified by AELSLAGID and MARLS. Kelly’s expertise includes boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout, and advanced GPS/GNSS technology. He has worked on projects ranging from residential subdivisions to large-scale commercial developments. Known for precision and reliability, Kelly emphasizes clear communication and collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver accurate results on time and within budget.

    SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER & CO-FOUNDER

    Paul Wallick is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, North Dakota, Colorado, and Utah with extensive experience in civil design and land development. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has worked on residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and solar energy projects. Paul provides comprehensive services from feasibility and entitlements through design, permitting, and construction. He partners closely with developers, architects, and contractors to deliver practical solutions tailored to each site. Paul is recognized for his client-focused approach, attention to detail, and commitment to guiding projects smoothly from start to finish.
